Delivery and Returns

Delivery Information

  • We ship worldwide from our Sunshine Coast, QLD warehouse.
  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle.
  • Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday – Friday. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details and shipping notifications via email.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for deliveries within Australia and 7-21 business days for international orders.
  • We offer standard post options.
  • Good People Apparel takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated. 
  • Please note: on international orders any import taxes or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the items have been shipped Good People Apparel take no responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels. All lost, damaged or parcels claimed as delivered are to be taken up with the carrier.

  • Please note: these timeframes are an estimate and are to be utilised as a guide only. Currently with Covid-19, shipping couriers are currently experiencing delays.  

Returns

Our returns policy is based on faulty items only. There will be no returns for change of mind. For faulty goods contact us on hello@goodpeopleapparel.com.au for details on how to return any faulty goods.

All efforts are taken to ensure that items are sent in good condition and if you receive items that have been damaged in transit we request that you contact the carrier as we are unable to take responsibility after goods have been dispatched.
